Nolvadex isn’t known for being a “harsh” product in any way and is incredibly unlikely to cause you any harm provided you use it responsibly.
However, genetics can never be fully accounted for (though you do have a responsibility to ensure that you check this aspect with your GP prior to proceeding to use acompound of this nature) and side effects may still manifest.

Which Medicines Does Nolvadex Interact Negatively With?

There are far too many potential interactions between nolvadex and other medication types to be able to list them all in full here.

You will find an exhaustive list of interactions here. This list is colour coded and will help you to make a well informed decision in regards to whether or not you should utilise this product at present.

What To Do If Vision Disturbances Occur?

Vision disturbances aren’t in any way common, but users have experienced them when utilising both SERM and AI products - there is actually no proven link between the compounds and side effects in regards to why and how this occurs.

Typically, these disturbances are associated with either a rapid increase in dose, or a large increase in dose, or both. Typically, reducing the dose can avert the effects, but it’s absolutely crucial that you contact your doctor if they manifest in order to gauge whether or not everything is in the “clear.”

Recommended Action If Libido Is Lowered

Unfortunately, some users have experienced a decreased sex drive when utilising nolvadex. Strangely, this doesn’t necessarily mean that it isn’t having a positive effect on the production of testosterone, but it could be an indicator.

In order to combat this problem, you should initially get your hormone levels checked as you might simply need to increase your dose. If this doesn’t help, you might need to enlist the help of exogenous aids like sildenafil or peptides like melanotan after consultation with your doctor.

Prolonged Nolvadex Use

Though the evidence is flimsy and sparse, there have been suggestions amongst the scientific community that the long term use of SERMs can lead to the development of cancer, at least in male users.

Without hard data to support this claim, it is very difficult to accurately discern whether or not it is indeed true; however almost any medication when taken for an expansive duration does lead to the multiplication of cells within the body through its mechanism of action and therefore might lead to the development of cancer cells.

Again, this is a theory and not a fact. It’s ultimately up to you to decide whether or not you wish to run the risk of developing any ailments through using nolvadex over an elongated period of time.

Nolvadex In Musculation - Does It Kill Gains?

There is some debate in regards to whether or not nolvadex destroys muscle gains to some extent - to find out the truth of the situation, we merely need to work with the facts.

Nolvadex helps to produce more testosterone, and will therefore enhance our capacity to not only gain but keep muscle. What it will also do is decrease water retention, and therefore make us lose “weight” and perhaps appear smaller.

It’s safe to say that the majority of the people who believe that it decreases gains have actually seen decreases in water retention, which is not related in any way to muscular size.

On the whole - it would be almost impossible for nolvadex to be responsible for sending the body into a catabolic state.
